Purpose: to manage the data of management users and individuals who request subscription to the content alert service of the non-administrative institutional digital repository RDE - Repository of Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, in order to send by email the new additions to the Repository and to allow users to submit new items, according to the assigned permissions.
