Based on his experience, and using excerpts from a conversation between a Big Picture Learning student and a Catalan student, Carlos Moreno demonstrates the relationship between the design of personalized and highly inclusive contexts with the increase in educational success and equity in schools and in society.&#13;

Carlos Moreno is the Executive Director of  Big Picture Learning, a non-profit that has created more than 150 schools, both in the US and abroad.&#13;
